1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Bitz Gold platform (bitz.gold), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Bitz Gold provides a platform for purchasing Bitz Coins, a gold-backed cryptocurrency token on the Polygon blockchain network. Each Bitz Coin is designed to be backed by physical gold reserves. The platform facilitates the sale, tracking, and management of Bitz Coin holdings.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in cryptocurrency transactions in your jurisdiction to use this platform. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
4. Account Registration
To purchase Bitz Coins, you must create an account with a valid email address and connect a Web3-compatible wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and wallet private keys.
5. Token Purchase & Pricing
Bitz Coin pricing is pegged to the spot price of gold per kilogram. Prices are subject to real-time market fluctuations. All purchases are final once confirmed on the blockchain. Minimum and maximum investment limits apply as displayed on the platform.
6. Gold Backing & Reserves
Bitz Coins are designed to be backed by physical gold reserves. While every effort is made to maintain full backing, the value and backing status are subject to audit verification. Users should review audit reports when available.
7. Burn Mechanism
A 0.2% burn rate applies to all Bitz Coin transactions. This deflationary mechanism permanently reduces the total supply with each transaction. This rate is built into the smart contract and cannot be altered.
8. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency investments carry inherent risks including but not limited to market volatility, regulatory changes, technology failures, and loss of access to wallet keys. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
9. Limitation of Liability
Bitz Gold and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or the purchase/holding of Bitz Coins.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
